We want to help you turn back time and look and feel your best, healthiest and youngest. We have put together a list of things you can do to stay looking young and fit. Want more tips and tricks? Come by the Man Cave for a complimentary consultation.

PRP for hair loss

If you have experienced hair loss, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatment is a great way to rejuvenate the scalp and bring your hair back. This does wonders for how old you look and feel.

Take care of your skin, avoid sun damage

We spend a lot of time in the sun whether we are trying to or not. Consistent use of sunscreen and lotions with SPF help protect your skin keeping it younger looking longer. Sunburns wreak havoc on your skin, so be sure to reapply frequently especially when you are in the water.

Your skin also needs to stay hydrated. Remember from younger years when doctors told you oily skin was best? They weren’t kidding. Overall body hydration helps with this as well.

Botox/Fillers

If you are looking for younger skin, Botox® and/or Fillers may be the right options for you. Botox will smooth the skin to get rid of wrinkles, crow’s feet and frown lines. Fillers bring back volume to areas where it has been lost, such as around the mouth, cheeks and nose.

Lose weight/eat well

The healthier your diet the healthier you will look. We understand a lot of people need help getting to their healthy weight and maintaining it, which is why our medically supervised HCG Diet program could be the perfect fit for you. Dr. Rauch will be with you every step of the way to ensure you are getting the results you are after.

Did we mention hydration? Drinking 64 oz. of water per day is a minimum recommendation. If you are in hot environments or sweating a lot, you need to consume a lot more for proper functioning of your digestive system.

Sleep

In general, for adults 25 – 64 seven to nine hours per night is ideal. For adults 65+, seven to eight hours is the sweet spot. They call it beauty sleep for a reason!

We are always happy to consult with patients to determine where they may need to make lifestyle adjustments/improvements. Schedule an appointment on our website or call our office: 561.948.1134.
